Aluminium Alloy Ingots (ADC-12, LM-6, LM-2 and custom chemistries) are formulated to precise Si/Cu specifications for die-casting and general engineering. Aluminium Ingots (Commercial) are graded by purity (96% to 98.5%) rather than a specific alloy chemistry, and are used for general-purpose remelting, foundry feedstock and bulk supply.
ADC-12 has higher copper content (1.5–3.5%) alongside 9.6–12% silicon, giving strong fluidity for die-casting complex parts. LM-6 has higher silicon (10–13%) and very low iron, giving excellent corrosion resistance for marine and thin-walled castings.
Aluminium circles are supplied from 3 inches to 40 inches in diameter, with thickness ranging from 0.70mm to 3mm, to suit cookware, utensil and signage applications. Custom sizing is available on request.
Hot rolled circles are processed at high temperature for thicker gauges and faster throughput. Cold rolled circles are processed at room temperature for tighter dimensional tolerance and a smoother surface finish, typically preferred for cookware and deep-drawing applications.
Aluminium sheets and plates are supplied from 0.7mm to 5mm in thickness, across standard widths, to suit roofing, cladding, fabrication and marine applications. Custom gauge and width are available on request.
3003 is a moderate-strength, corrosion-resistant general-purpose grade suited to roofing, cladding and HVAC ducting. 5052 has higher strength and superior corrosion resistance, making it the preferred choice for marine, automotive and fuel-tank applications.
